Since 1993, Dr. Kang has been teaching Systematic Theology as an Adjunct Faculty at San Francisco Theological Seminary. He was also an Executive Director at the Center for Pacific-Asian American Ministries in claremont shool of Theology. His experience at the center and local church help him to have a wholistic view on theological training. Recently his research is extended to "spiritual discipline", not only in meditation form, but in actual practice in the market place. His experiment and practice will be in a book in a near future.
